The Art Perfumer’s Event participates at the celebration of the first Italian Fragrance Day, established by Accademia del Profumo
Esxence – The Scent of Excellence, the milanese event dedicated to International Artistic Perfumery, participates at the first edition of the Italian Fragrance Day, instituted by Accademia del Profumo on the day of the vernal equinox, the 21 of March.
The initiative comes in the wake of the British National Fragrance Day, organized by the Fragrance Foundation for the same date, as an opportunity to raise awareness among consumers on the incredible cultural, artistic and scientific heritage contained in each perfume bottle and to promote professionals, artists and companies that help in making each fragrance an extraordinary sensory experience.
Esxence will support and promote the activities of this first Italian Fragrance Day by inviting his wide community to participate to the photo contest #MemorieProfumate (Perfumed Memories): until March 15th, participants can upload on the website a photo that represents the emotions, the memories and magic that the scent is able to stir.
The 10 winning photos, selected by public vote, will be announced on our social channels on March 21st and exposed at Esxence from March 23rd to 26th 2017.
Furthermore, Sunday, March 26th, at 15:00, the conference room of the Art Perfumery’s Event hall will host the meeting organized by the Accademia del Profumo entitled #MemorieProfumate – Il racconto della Giornata Nazionale del Profumo attraverso le immagini e le emozioni delle persone.
Accademia del Profumo was established in 1990 to build an understanding of perfume’s role as an essential element of wellness, to promote its creativity and increase its culture and diffusion in Italy. It is an event by Cosmetica Italia (the personal care association) in collaboration with Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna.
